Description:

Sales Associate will assist in running all “front of house” fitness studio operations in our Commack location. The Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and proven sales experience.

The Rockstar Ambassador is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and maximizing workout traffic.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

*Establish and maintain an effective referral program
*Maintain accurate records using established RKB sales systems
*Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
*Lead RKB studio previews with prospect and/or fitness program holders
*Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance
*Accurately follow standard procedures in daily activity sheets
*Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
*Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
*Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
*Proper on-boarding all RKB clients
*Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
*Attending and participate in RKB events

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills. Minimum 1 year experience in sales required. Solid verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully performed duties. Must have worked in a quota bearing structure. Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred. High school diploma required. Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills. Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.

PAY: Starting Hourly 15-18$ per hour. Comission an d bonuses available.Pay Raises upon positive evaluations
