POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Recruiter is a human resources professional who will recruit top-talent candidates for management and other key positions in our expanding company. You need to be self-motivated, assertive and driven to succeed, and be excellent at follow-through and multitasking. You will conduct the complete recruiting process, from identifying resource needs and developing recruiting strategies, to targeting, accessing, negotiating and closing. This position will work a hybrid schedule out of Louisville, Colorado.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads recruiting functions to serve multi-regional, multi-community structure.
  • Uses enhanced recruiting systems, social media and direct recruiting methods.
  • Coordinates local and regional vacancy job postings via corporate career website, major internet job boards and recruitment advertising vendors.
  • Develops a continuous pipeline of viable candidates.
  • Works closely with management to establish and satisfy staffing needs.
  • Actively sources, pre-screens and selects candidates for further consideration.
  • Conducts screening interviews via phone, in-person and video.
  • Administers and evaluates applicant testing as applicable and conducts reference checks.
  • Oversees Predictive Index (PI) administration.
  • Participates in career fairs and events.
  • Maintains records and compiles statistical reports for management.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • BS/BA degree in HR or Business Administration or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • 7 or more years direct sourcing/recruiting experience.
  • Experience in development and implementing recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with recruiting software to include ADP.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action.
  • Strong research, prospecting and networking skills. A very good “closer”.
  • Must communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Possess patience, perseverance and strong follow-through skills to maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Excellent at effectively managing time and priorities in line with objectives.
  • Innovative/able to think outside of the box when having difficulty recruiting for specific jobs.
  • Up to 30% travel within the Denver and Boulder Metro Areas.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS PREFERED:

  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment or in Senior Living/Hospitality preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel is minimal.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • May be exposed to unpleasant odors, contagious diseases and blood borne pathogens.
  • Balfour is a pet-friendly community; you may be exposed to animal hair and dander.
