HR IT, Senior Manager- SAP SFSF

The Senior Manager, HR IT is responsible for architecting and supporting the technology stack for our global HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors. This role involves partnering with HR to drive business process improvements and technology solutions. Strong business and technical acumen, including expertise in SFSF PM, GM, and TA modules, project controls, and project management best practices, is essential.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners on opportunity assessments and proof of concepts.
- Discover and assess new features and changes in the technology stack.
- Develop and optimize processes and implement new ones like portfolio prioritization and dashboards.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness across HR processes.
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships and keep them informed on tech changes.
- Lead HR systems implementation, including role-based permissions and SOX audits.
- Address ambiguous problems and develop solutions.
Tactical Responsibilities
- Work on enhancements and projects to resolve process issues and meet business requirements while maintaining SAP best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance functionalities.
- Perform analysis and design for solutions, coordinating with development resources.
- Manage multiple parallel projects, risk identification, mitigation, and cost control.
Operational Responsibilities
- Prioritize work of direct reports and ensure quality.
- Manage SFSF release notes to identify and implement improvements.
- Resolve problems and identify root causes to prevent reoccurrence.
- Prepare and execute test plans for capital management processes, reports, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to audit and SOX IT controls.
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of SAP SFSF modules (PM, GM, LMS, Compensation, Onboarding, Recruitment).
- Knowledge of project controls and project management best practices.
- Strong architecture, analytics, development, and mobile background.
Experience:
- 15+ years in designing, delivering, and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
- 15+ years of HR and IT experience.
- 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with multiple full implementations in various modules.
