Our One-Stop-Holistic-Shop offers a variety of services including Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Nutrition, Hypnosis, Sensory Integration, Detoxification, Holistic Nurse Practitioners, Primary Care, Vitamin IV Therapies, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Massage, Doula, Occupational Therapy, Facials, Reiki, Yoga, and much, much, more
The Front Reception Associate provides support to the Director of The Vitality Center, and our Management Team by ensuring daily office operations run smoothly during the entirety of their shift(s).
This includes the following Daily actions
- Maintains a clean organized, and professional workspace
- Maintains a thriving and dynamic calendar
- Confirm new patients & ensure they have what they need for their initial exams
- Make daily phone calls to meet weekly KPIs (Goal is 150 per week minimum + is Excellence)
- Assist the Chiropractic Associate in keeping the schedule timely
- Ensure all paperwork is filed as per our protocols
- Answer calls with care and professionalism
- Proficient & knowledgeable in all services offered with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficient & knowledgeable in all products available with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Maintains Patient Benefits Chart to ensure the billing department can retrieve payment for services rendered.
- Maintains Paperwork, Files, Bloodwork, Ins & ID in Virtual Folders, and in our EMR system(s)
- Respond promptly to all outside entities for Medical Notes, Billing Information, et al....

- Associated Medical Teams, & offices -
- Labs
- Radiology
- Outsource Affiliates
- Law offices
- Vendors
- These can come via email, fax, or snail mail and from our partners that can include -
- Scan all relevant billable insurance information to our Billing Department
- Assignment of Benefits
- EOB's
- No-Fault
- Proficient and knowledgeable in all software / Google Workplace / Evernote / multiple EMR systems + More
*We are willing to Train the right candidate - Attends Staff Meetings and Additional Training
- Assists CA's in focusing on what is needed for the space
Mondays: 2:30 pm - 7/8 pm
Wednesdays: 2:30 pm - 7/8 pm
Thursdays: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, 12 pm - 6 pm
Fridays: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, 2:00 pm - 6 pm
Saturdays: 8:30 am - 1/2 pm
