Candidate must:
Be a reliable, hardworking, organized, and experienced Assistant Property Manager with outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask.
Be able to understand various King County ordinances and landlord tenant laws.
Be responsive during work hours and react to emergent situations.
Be able to get along with our dynamic team and other partners. Must have a strong work ethic.
Be prepared to reach locations within King County when needed as most of our properties are located within this vicinity.
Have real estate and related marketing experience with a focus on digital mediums including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other relevant platforms.
Be flexible. Must assist with showings to prospective tenants and listing while utilizing Zillow to create quicker vacancy fills during the challenging rental periods.
Help other employees when necessary as we believe in strong team cohesion.
Have the ability to understand AppFolio Property Management software. This skill is not required initially since the candidate will have the opportunity to learn as on the job training.
Coordinate customer requests and assist team with emerging urgent requests.
