Job DescriptionJob Description

Pridestaff is in search of a Data Entry Specialist. The perfect candidate for this role is detail oriented, flexible, and willing to learn. Data Entry Clerk team member is responsible for the following:

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, some OT 8-5

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Remote/Onsite: On-site

Duration: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Enter PO’s and Quotes into System

  • Learn how to use the CRM system

  • Fill back-orders as needed

  • Communicate with coordinators regarding order discrepancies

  • Maintain and organize high volume of emails

  • Inspect orders for accuracy/completeness & resolves inconsistencies

  • Process all freight quotes for future shipments

  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry.

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • Maintain a low loss percentage through data entry accuracy

  • Learn product lines, how to read customer PO’s and SKU’s

  • Notifies supervisor of any irregularities or discrepancies in inventory.

  • Proven experience as data entry clerk or administrative assistant
