Although our Main office is located in Newport Beach, We represent clients in every city in California. Attorneys are responsible for adhering to court requirements in a timely manner. Acting as an advocate to our list of clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation, Drafting complaints, Motions, Special Education knowledge, and receive $2,000. bonus, Bilingual and receives $1,000. bonus.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on legal best practices
  • Prepare case file documents Draft Complaints.
  • Work with the legal team to compile comprehensive Motions, closing arguments.
  • Appear through video from home. Hearings generally 3-days a week 9-4:30. one-hour lunch, 2-30. min breaks. Trial setting conferences 15-45 min.
  • Adhere to a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case-related conferences
  • Represent the clients in legal proceedings such as trials and administrative hearings all virtual.
  • Facilitate the communications of experts and case witnesses
  • Research and anticipate legal risks.
  • Communicate with clients, and independent experts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • California licensed Attorney.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bi-Lingual pays extra.
  • Litigation & Negotiation Skills of persuasion
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills and competency
  • Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
  • Administrative and managerial experience preferred
  • Full and Part-time position available
  • passed Ca. Bar, required
  • Juris Doctor
