Our client, a global entertainment conglomerate based in Santa Monica, CA, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.

Contract – W2 Non-Exempt

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid 2x onsite or Remote)

Pay Range: $58.00 - $67.00 per hour DOE

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will support the team’s international content launches by managing a large volume of video and digital assets required by regional marketing teams. They will partner across TV strategy and creative teams and Streaming to deliver campaigns to market successfully. You will run day-to-day project management and provide consistent reports on project status and health. You will be an expert in all day-to-day functions, technologies, and the trafficking of all marketing asset types across streaming channels. In this dynamic role, the Marketing Operations Manager should be thorough, and proactive, and understand that the position provides key information to stakeholders.

  • Facilitate regular long-lead planning meetings between international and creative marketing teams to set key localization milestones informed by localization strategy.
  • Gather asset specifications from Channel Owners and ensure resources are fulfilling those requests end to end.
  • Manage campaign assets, timelines, and other critical information in internal tracking systems.
  • Identify GTM risks and proactively mitigate them in partnership with other business units.
  • Understand service level agreements (SLAs) for other business units.
  • Manage post-production finishing of all AV and static assets in partnership with studios, external partners, finishing houses, and entertainment distribution.
  • Ensure all assets have been sufficiently quality-controlled and approved before delivery to market.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Experience in project management with client-facing / service-oriented responsibilities.
  • Experience creating presentations.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat as well as Google Docs.
  • Some experience in post-production finishing is a plus.
  • Experience and familiarity with video production technical specs and software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, etc.) a plus.
  • Must have an executive presence with experience in marketing, content development, and some knowledge of post-production a strong plus.
  • Experience with Airtable and Adobe Experience Manager needed.
  • Previous Disney experience also a plus.
