Job Duties:      

  • Enter AP invoices for payment
  • Answers vendor inquiries including payment status.
  • Work with internal departments on pricing discrepancies
  • Maintain and organize accounts payable files.
  • Assist with month end and year end close
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and vendors
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work as team member or independently
