THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION
Responsibilities:
Source and attract top-notch talent through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Utilize social media and online platforms for recruitment efforts.
Administer and manage candidate documentation and records.
Occasional travel to clients' companies
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, related field or relevant experience
Proven experience in recruitment or staffing.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
**Note: This is a direct hire for our own staff, not a contracted position.
