Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager / Government Contracts Manager

Government agency in West Palm Beach has asked PrideStaff to help seek a talented Contracts Administrator to join their team. This role will have one direct report and be responsible for providing overall contract management in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidate must have experience in identifying best practices and as well as developing and implementing process improvement initiatives. Government contracts experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and monitor agreements from start to finish

- Collaborate with external partners to discuss and finalize contract terms

- Ensure all parts of any contract are clearly outlined and mutually understood

- Track progress and make sure contracts are followed as planned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of Contract Administration experience; government contracts preferred
  • Certifications a plus - CPP, CPCM or NCMA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills
  • Efficient prioritization and management of multiple competing priorities
  • A strong, pro-active work ethic
