About the Role

We are seeking a freelance software developer specialising in ServiceNow platform for a client. The role involves planning, developing applications, scripting, application development, API development, and providing consultancy services.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow experience of 3+ years
  • Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or have an EAD
  • ServiceNow certified - CSA
  • Experience with Service Catalog (Utah version or higher)
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience with business rules, scripting, and application development
  • Knowledge of Integration and API development (REST, JSON)
  • Experience with Report Analytics, Workspace, and Survey in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB
  • Familiarity with tools such as APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills
