Our financial services client is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to join their team.

Pay Rate: $50.00 - $54.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Software Development Engineer in Test:
- Design test automation suites to support healthcare administration systems
- Participate in testing strategy for system conversion activities
- Work and collaborate on emerging technologies to solve legacy test challenges
- Implement test infrastructure that can deliver business values immediately but also grow interactively
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in commercial software development using object-oriented design methodology
- Proven technical experience as an automation engineer/software engineer working across a diverse range of applications
- Proven experience with RDBMS, RESTAPI and related tools such as SQL, RestAssured, and Postman
- Proven experience with web application test automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Playwright, and/or Selenium
- Demonstrated ability with Java, JavaScript and Python combined
