Job Description:
  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to join our marketing team. The Marketing Communications Assistant will support the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote our brand and enhance our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing communications.

Salary: $41,560 to $51,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
  • Create and curate content for blogs, emails, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate and support promotional events and trade shows
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company's website


Qualities We Seek:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and communication principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., MailChimp, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
