Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Excellent Guest Experiences, strong communication skills for guest of all ages.
  • Responds to Guest complaints of machine malfunction; assists in analyzing the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
  • Assists in achieving company objectives regarding park sales and accountability of attractions.
  • Maintain visual "Show" appearance of facility, with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain High ethical standards in the workplace.
  • Goal setting with direct reports.
  • Assists in ensuring the safety rules and regulations are adhered to by park patrons and staff according to established policies and laws for the wellbeing of all.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of staffing and the supervision of employees.
  • Ability to supervise the work of others.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to analyze staffing needs at individual rides and attractions.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Ability to use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, and database software.
