We are seeking a professional and reliable person to serve as an Accounting Supervisor II.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in entering vendor invoices

· Assist in account receivable transactions

· Assist in construction billing

· Assist in month end closing and reconciling accounts

· Identifying and correcting any errors that occur due to data entry

· Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns for multiple states

· Monitor and distribute KPI reporting

· Generating financial reports as requested

· Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial information

· Mentor and train colleagues on accounting processes and efficiencies

· Assist CFO and leadership team with ad hoc duties

Education and Qualifications:

· Substantial experience working in accounting field; minimum five years’ experience

· College degree preferred

· Be at least 21 years of age

· Valid driver’s license and good driving record

· Able to pass background check and drug screening

Requirements:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products

· Sound integrity and professional ethics

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete assignments on time

· Highly detail-oriented and organized

Hours:

· This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 5:00
