Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une banque internationale basée sur Casablanca, un Expert Compliance, dans le cadre du lancement d’un plan visant à construire un setup conformité. Il est prévu de lancer 3 projets :

  1. Un projet de screening automatique des clients
  2. Un projet de scoring automatique et de rectification des clients
  3. Un projet de couverture AML-FT des transactions financières des clients

Missions:

  • S’assurer de la bonne compréhension des besoins par la maitrise d’œuvre
  • Suivre les développements MOE
  • Coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes (Métier, MOE, éditeurs, mise en œuvre)
  • Préparer, dérouler, organiser et coordonner la recette métier
  • Préparer la mise en production
  • Piloter le chantier de la conduite du changement (mise à jour des procédures, plan de formation, plan de dépoilement, guide utilisateur)
  • Suivre l’expérimentation
  • Etablir le bilan de projet
  • Veiller au respect de la Gouvernance IT Groupe en terme de gestion de projet (Démarche, phasing, livrables, communication, …)

Compétences requises:

  • Maîtrise obligatoire de la langue anglaise
  • Expérience confirmée en conduite des projets IT, méthode agile, conduite du changement, mise en place de process et procédures métier.
  • Connaissance du domaine fonctionnel financements et compliance (KYC, Screening, AML)

Type de contrat: Freelance

Durée: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet minimum 1 an)
