We are on the lookout for a creative and talented team player to help take our agency to the next level. As a Brand Partnerships Manager at our Redondo Beach location, you'll be responsible for managing clients' accounts and ensuring they're satisfied with our services. You will be developing and executing brand partnerships with productions, which may include a variety of the following depending on the campaign: earned or paid integrations, digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, and collaborating with influencers and media to promote our clients' products and services. You may also be assisting with the creation and execution of public relations strategies, managing oversight of client social media channels, and working to develop marketing collateral that aligns with brand values and goals.
Our match is someone who has massive drive for continued improvement, stays informed of industry trends, keeps an eye on the competitive landscape, and monitors and analyzes campaign performance to provide regular reports to clients on campaign metrics and KPIs. This role requires a passion for pop culture (and also for office dogs), since we work with every content platform and everyone in entertainment partnerships, including movies, TV shows, and celebrities. You will work with our team of professionals to deliver top-quality marketing and branding services that help our clients reach their marketing goals.

Who We're Looking For
- You love pop culture and have the mind of a marketer
- You have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, advertising, or related field.

- You have 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships with productions, including experience in several of the following areas: paid production integrations – film, tv, music videos, cross-promotions, co-branding, influencer marketing, public relations, or social media management.
- You stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Your Super Powers Include
- Competence to successfully manage brand accounts and provide high-level guidance and communication to ensure client understanding, satisfaction, and retention.
- Understanding of how to build effective brand partnerships with productions – including Film and TV both in network and streaming productions, music videos, and/or social media content.
- Ability to strategically plan brand campaigns, which create a road map to success by utilizing a variety of appropriate pop culture marketing tactics.
- Skilled at Identifying the key components of an influencer marketing campaign from start to finish, including guiding the selection process for on-brand influencers, contracting of deliverables, and negotiation of pay rates both with individuals and talent agencies.
- Capability to create and lead successful implementation of public relations strategies that build clients' visibility and reputation.
- Accountable for leading, guiding, training, and evaluating lower-level team members.
- Collaborative mentality and a clear understanding of what it takes to build impactful, mutually beneficial partnerships between brands and productions.
- Expertise in monitoring campaign performance by providing regular reports to clients on campaign metrics and KPIs.
- Stellar writing skills – both in creativity and mechanics
