Location: Oakland, NJ (Fultime perm job)

Hybrid (Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Remote: Monday and Friday)

Pay: $60k - 70k per annum with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all SG&A Accounts Payable (non-merchandise related) for all entities. Enter and pay all invoices in a timely manner.
  • Balance sheet account reconciliation for multiple accounts including but not limited to Suspense and Prepaid accounts.
  • Preparation and entry of weekly payroll entries for multiple entities; familiarity with ADP reporting a plus.
  • Maintain daily credit card receipt reconciliation worksheet.
  • Responsible for saving all monthly reports to dedicate "month end" folder; includes making sure that all reports tie to the GL
  • Responsible for all employee expense reimbursement checks.
  • Completion of all quarterly and yearly census reporting requirements.
  • Assist with company audits as requested.
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related accounting and AP experience
  • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software preferred. Experience with Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics a big plus
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, well-organized self-starter.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 60 days and eligibility to join our 401K plan after one year of service.
