With unprecedented access, PS has the only private partnership with both TSA and Customs and Border Protection, our guests move seamlessly through arrivals and departures. A team of expert Agents works behind the scenes to choreograph every step of the pre- or post-flight experience. Sail through our private, line-free TSA screening, access dedicated customs and immigration services on arrival, and relax as our trained drivers escort you across the airfield directly to/from your aircraft. All without stepping inside the Airport. Guests also enjoy private suites, chef-prepared food, spa services, and more, all while our Control Room coordinates with government, security, and airline officials to ensure the utmost efficiency, safety, and privacy.

The Role: Member Associate
Luxury Travel Company seeks a client-facing customer service-oriented professional who is highly organized with experience catering to a high-profile and affluent clientele. The Member Associate position is a key position within the team. The individual will be the first point of contact with members and guests. The ideal candidate is an engaging, professional communicator with the ability to put others at ease, quickly build relationships based on mutual trust and benefit, excel under high pressure and demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operational departments to create a seamless and carefree experience for all PS guests and members.
- Conduct pre-arrival customization planning for our members, ask questions, and rely on information from the entire onsite team to help create robust member profiles and deliver unforgettable experiences each and every time.
- Follow up with members with additional services that enhance the PS experience.
- Lead all service recovery opportunities.
- Handle member requests personally and/or refer them as appropriate.
- Provide members, guests, and prospects with guided in-person tours of the PS facility.
- Demonstrate PS Values when providing service.
- Understand the members’ needs and execute with precision.
- People driven and able to operate with high output and quality should have the utmost integrity in their work.
- Detail oriented and extremely organized with the capability to effectively prioritize.
- Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with clients.
- Constantly assess and adapt to current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the Operations, Hospitality, and Member Services teams to communicate any issues that are affecting members.
- Assist with member and guest luggage and personal items as needed.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years’ experience in luxury settings, preferably Luxury Hotels or Lounges.
- Ability to work closely with various clients and internal personalities across the organization.
- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
- Self-motivated and naturally curious, able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced changing environment.
- Demonstrate ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
- Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check
- Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (In Accordance with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security regulations, a U.S. Passport or birth certificate is also required)
- PS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments
