Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role requires a senior professional who can design, implement, and manage effective Salesforce solutions that align with the company’s business goals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in developing and maintaining our Financial Services Cloud, Sales & Service application, along with Customer and Partner Portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom code and configuration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Integration Management: Manage connections between Salesforce and our AWS infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure code and delivery quality by following unit testing, review, and Salesforce CI/CD best practices.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and consistency within our Salesforce system through rigorous audits and cleanups.
- Support & Optimization: Support operations users and identify opportunities for improvement in our Salesforce operations.
- Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of P&C, Life, and Health insurance lines to develop and maintain our Salesforce platform (huge plus).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Apex, and Lightning web components development.
- Proficiency with Salesforce SFDX/CLI and Git.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS infrastructure.
- Exceptional data management skills with a focus on data quality and consistency.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (huge plus).
- Deep understanding of P&C, Life, and Health insurance lines (huge plus).
