**Job Description:**

Pinnacle Peak Dental Care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Insurance and Billing Coordinator/Co-Manager to join our team. This dual role is pivotal to our practice’s financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental insurance processing, billing, and office management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.


**Key Responsibilities:**


*Insurance Coordination and Billing:*

- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, dental codes and dental insurances.

- Process dental insurance claims and follow up on unpaid claims.

- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.

- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and issues.

- Manage patient billing, including generating and sending out statements.

- Follow up on insurance aging and any outstanding claims.

- Handle patient inquiries regarding insurance and billing matters.


*Co-Management Duties:*

- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Support staff scheduling, training, and development.

- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to policy development.

- Ensure compliance with dental office regulations and standards.

- Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
