A Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooking for patients and preparing breakfast for retail, requiring the ability to quickly interpret recipes.
  • Cook food products for patients, café, catering functions, and doctor’s lounge.

  • Maintain high quality, proper temperatures and garnish all plates.

  • Coordinates with the Production Chef and Food Service Coordinators to ensure scheduled meal preparation and/or meal delivery.



Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience.
  • Food Handler Certificate
  • HealthCare Experience - Preferred
  • Prior experience in high-volume restaurants or food service settings - Required
  • Fast Food experience is NOT Preferred



Job Details:

  • Starting at: $19/hr
  • Shifts: 12hr shifts from 5:00 am - 6:30 pm

  • Temporary position with a possibility of obtaining future shifts
