The Digital & Content Marketing Specialist is a corporate employment position with Kirchner Building Centers, working with all store locations. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development. This position is responsible for assisting and improving all digital marketing and content creation/marketing for the company. The primary responsibility for this position is to assist in developing, managing, and improving the company’s communication through website(s), social media, email marketing, applications and content creation to ensure a strong presence in our markets, drive visibility and increase sales for the company.
Requirements:Areas of Responsibility & Duties (Not Limited to):
• Create video, digital and print content.
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
• Stay up to date with digital media developments.
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Manage existing vendor partnerships.
• Continually develop company recognition in our markets
• Develop marketing campaigns for new products.
• Develop brochures or other print or electronic ads to market company and company services.
• Monitor and assist in managing the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and offer constructive interaction with users.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Identify target audience and grow our email list.
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee website and social media accounts’ design.
• Update our website(s) as needed.
• Build internal & external relationships.
• Enforce and comply with Kirchner Building Centers company policy.
• Lead by example. People believe what you say, when they experience what you do.
• Promote company culture, values, mission and vision to all staff.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading industry publications; maintaining & expanding personal networks.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
