Job Title: Military Analyst - TMO

Essential Job Functions:

Support management analysis and problem solving tasks by preparing management slides and conducting analysis of critical issues that affect the organization and structure of the QMS and its training capabilities. The Military Analyst will identify problem areas and make recommendations based on results of the studies which will be reported to senior leaders and decision makers. The Analyst will provide subject matter expertise and the current primary focus is on QMS Strategic Planning and Institutional Training Resource Model (ITRM) with supporting interface models, reports and processes. The Analyst will deliver, maintain, support and improve current QMS SharePoint capabilities.

Required Education and Experience:

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research or other Business Degree.

Successfully completed Command and General Staff College.

Have the ability to work independently and provide subject matter expertise to a senior level team.

Possess analytical and problem solving skills to effectively support QMS management analysis functions

Possess extensive understanding of MS SharePoint and PowerPoint programs as well as programs that support/compliment SharePoint such as InfoPath, MS SharePoint Designer, and MS Business Intelligence Development Studio.

Possess outstanding communicative skills both verbal and nonverbal.

Proficient with computer programs (Word, Power Point, Excel), and ensure ability to access all required training tools.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.
