Your expertise in automotive finance, strong leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success and growth of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance and insurance department, overseeing the entire F&I process, including financing, leasing, and aftermarket products.
- Collaborate with sales managers to structure deals and secure financing options that meet customers' needs and maximize dealership profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, ensuring competitive finance terms and optimizing approval rates.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to automotive finance and insurance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in finance regulations, and new financing options, and implement necessary adjustments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyze finance data and generate reports to track departmental performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards within the finance department.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive finance, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
- Proven track record of success in maximizing finance and insurance profitability while ensuring compliance.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in finance and accounting principles and software.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
