Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Specialist works to drive membership growth through inbound and outbound marketing techniques for The Academy.  

Primary Job Duties: 

•    Support program creation and execution in The Health Management Academy’s Marketo platform
•    Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketo and Salesforce) used to generate, distribute, and report on recruitment events
•    Generate reports on primary marketing KPIs using Marketo and Salesforce
•    Develop a deep understanding of target market and segments to maintain a high-quality database of target companies with relevant titles, contacts, and contact details using Salesforce and Marketo
•    Assist in maintaining a clean database through regular audits and troubleshooting
•    Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
•    Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements 
•    Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

Minimum Qualifications: 

•    Bachelor’s Degree required 
•   Experience in Marketing Operations
• Hands-on experience with Marketo - building Marketo programs via Marketing Activities
•    Experience building Marketo emails and landing pages
•    Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics
•    Experience building and interpreting marketing performance reports
