Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team leads and distribution center associates.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Operational Oversight:

    • Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
