Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Order Processing: Receive and process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize dealership software systems for order tracking and inventory management.

Inventory Management: Maintain organized and efficient parts inventory. Monitor stock levels, perform regular counts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels.

Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicle models and their parts. Provide technical assistance to customers and internal staff as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including service and sales, to meet overall dealership goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with dealership software systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a parts department is a plus.

  • Familiarity with basic computer systems.

  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
