We are seeking a Digital Marketing Communication Specialist with a strong focus on email marketing and analytics to drive impactful digital campaigns. This role requires expertise in leveraging email channels and analytics tools to enhance engagement, foster loyalty, and drive conversions effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, creative content development, and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on email channels to enhance engagement, foster loyalty, and drive conversions.
  • Utilize email automation tools to orchestrate triggered and drip campaigns, tailoring messaging to customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Segment email lists based on demographic data, behavioral patterns, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content creation, and product development, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics to innovate and refine strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to digital and email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to optimize deliverability and safeguard sender reputation.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and analytics.
  • Proficiency in email automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing regulations and industry best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI, HTML/CSS for basic email template customization is advantageous.
  • Certification in digital, email marketing or related disciplines is a plus.
