PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, implements, and evaluates programs aimed at enhancing the defense capabilities of partner nations.

• Coordinates with various stakeholders, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Embassies, and the Joint Staff, to ensure effective program delivery.

• Supports regional security cooperation activities, managing a diverse array of Title 10 and Title 22 programs to support national security goals, and builds international partnerships by providing strategic assessments and recommendations.

• Advances partner nation capacities through training, equipment provision, and technical support, ensuring interoperability with U.S. forces.

• Monitors the success and relevance of training programs and other security cooperation activities, using data and metrics to assess effectiveness.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have an Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field of study

• At least 2 years' of experience as a Defense Security Cooperation Analyst

• Proven experience in conducting research and data analysis, preferably within the context of USG funded programs and projects.

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.

• Experience working with DoD and the Security Cooperation
