What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 content and product marketers
- Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy for all Mirantis products and offerings, creating our differentiated value proposition and identifying opportunities and channels for short and long-term revenue growth, synergy and expansion.
- Continuously adjust our value proposition and competitive positioning based on our evolving understanding of market dynamics and Mirantis customers’ use of our products.
- Lead continuous global sales and channel enablement that inspires breakthrough results
- Create a best-in-class market and competitive analysis function that delivers game-changing insights and competitive depositioning to sellers, prospects and the market at large
- Create and Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process at Mirantis, maximizing Mirantis innovation for revenue capture, awareness and creation of market power
- Continuously manage comprehensive marketing bill of materials including messaging, pricing, value propositions, sales enablement materials, customer case studies and competitive analysis.
- Recruit, inspire, and mentor a team of product and content marketers
- Collaborate and support growth marketing team(s) with salient messaging, programs and materials that drive demand
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry analysts, influencers, and partners
- Represent Mirantis at industry events and speaking engagements
- Masterful communicator who can inspire and align a heterogeneous global sales force and partner channels
- Passionate about getting things done, possessing an inspirational bias to action
- Known for hands-on technical acumen, seen as an exemplary technical peer by technical sellers, pre-sales and product management
- 8+ years experience in enterprise infrastructure solution architecture or product marketing
- 5+ supervisory experience with a technology vendor employer
- Experience with open-source licensing, technology and community building
- Can manage multiple projects, and have a history of consistently exceeding targets on-time
- Have a data-first mindset and a passion for quantitative business analysis and strategy
- Possessing obvious, authentic executive presence, can hold your own in any room
- Bachelor's degree required
