Job Description:
My Gym Downingtown is growing and we are looking for a Birthday Party Coordinator. This is a great job for someone who enjoys creating fun events for children.
In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff to achieve monthly team goals and achieve high quality.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including some nights and weekends
- Highly energetic
- Effective leadership skills and ability to work with teams
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in fitness preferred(athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
- Effective time management
- Clean background check
Compensation:
Starts at $15 per hour during training with the potential to make between $17 - $22 per hour
