What’s the opportunity?

It’s all in the details If you are a detailed oriented person looking to be an intricate part of a growing Inc.5000 organization, this is just the position for you. As a Capacity Sourcing Analyst, you will be responsible to coordinate all processes and functions of shipment planning and freight movement. From handling client orders to planning and optimizing shipments, CSA’s utilize Axle’s internal TMS to update shipment information as well as work collaboratively with external contacts regarding appointment scheduling. In addition, Capacity Sourcing Analysts are responsible to provide visibility to management as well as clients in the form of tracking & tracing, auditing, researching and troubleshooting all operational issues.

  • Ability to multitask within a fast paced industry
  • Capability to prioritize time sensitive tasks
  • Properly execute rate negotiations with partner carriers within the spot market
