Job Summary:
As part of our Design team, your focus will be to assist clients in the selection of custom kitchen and bathroom finishes for their homes and/or businesses. The ideal candidate will have prior interior design experience, 2020 design software experience, and solid working knowledge involving industry brands and products. Must be able to work flexible hours and days.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains clean and safe and updated showroom.
  • Attends staff meetings and trainings as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to navigate POS system and prepare quotes.
  • Schedule appointments for In-Home consultations from daily store traffic.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to drive sales and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Be able to travel to customers homes for consultations.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Experience in interior design OR sales for other home improvement/design product lines.
  • Interior design degree or 3 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of 2020 design software.
