Responsibilities:


  • Bring behavior plans to life as crafted by our brilliant Behavior Analysts
  • Dive into the action in public schools, homes, or our vibrant clinic, providing top-notch 1:1 support
  • Execute treatments, master data collection, champion behavior management, and keep the vibes safe
  • Team up with Behavior Analysts and school squads for seamless collaboration
  • Infuse the day with consistent structure and routine for our incredible kids
  • Embrace the excitement of working in various settings and exploring different locations

Requirements:


  • Age: 19 or above, with a high school degree or equivalent
  • Background checks: Cleared the BCI and DCYF checks with flying colors
  • Transport: Hold a valid driver's license and boast an insured/registered vehicle
  • Education: Bachelors degree or pursuing one in the Human Services Field (preferred)
  • Experience: Two years of supervised experience with special health care needs (preferred)
  • Schedule: Flexibility to rock the school hours Monday to Friday
