Responsibilities:
•Scope new product features and functionalities, including market research and job estimation.
•Serve as the liaison between the customer application development team and downstream systems.
•Ensure seamless integration between customer-facing applications and operating systems such as TM1, Oracle, IPub, etc.
•Facilitate communication and collaboration between multiple teams throughout the product development process.
•Track tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
•Actively participate in meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any challenges or roadblocks.
•Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
•Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with educational technology software development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a focus on scoping new product features and integrating systems.
• Expertise in app development and content development management systems, including familiarity with mobile applications and technologies such as Ansa, Notion, Revenuecat, and Segment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile tools.
• Experience working with operating systems such as TM1, IPub, and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Can move across levels; possesses a high-level strategic understanding, as well as the ability to translate it into practical next steps.
• Ability to interface with Business Unit leaders across BU Collaboration.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Open to feedback and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings in the Miami, FL office.

IMPORTANT - This position is not eligible for Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or Visa (H1b) transfer or sponsorship.
Compensation: Starts at $85.00/hr DOE.
Note: This role is hybrid, in-person meetings in the Miami, FL office will be required for this role. Monthly travel can be expected.
