Compensation:

$90,000

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Pull and organize data from all lead sources.
  • Interpret data to extract actionable insights.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or process inefficiencies.


Analysis and Optimization:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis to understand the performance of lead sources.
  • Utilize data to enhance business outcomes and optimize systems.
  • Build ROI models for existing and prospective lead sources.


Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate findings and results to agents through detailed report cards.
  • Manage the activation and deactivation of lead sources based on performance.
  • Provide coaching to agents for improvement based on data analysis.


Lead Source Management:

  • Participate in calls with lead providers to stay informed and optimize relationships.
  • Conduct research on new lead sources, including budget allocation and agent placement.
  • Develop internal processes for maximizing success with new lead sources.


CRM Management:

  • Manage and optimize the CRM system (Follow Up Boss) to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Train and oversee a small team of Junior Sales Associates and virtual support roles.


New Program Development:

  • Actively participate in identifying and bringing new lead sources to life within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize, implement, and optimize new lead generation channels.
  • Manage outside vendors as needed.
  • Responsible for building internal processes and strategies that ensure the success of new lead sources, from inception to execution.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Operations Manager will:

  • Experience with optimizing CRM systems. Knowledge of Follow Up Boss is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Understanding of lead generation and conversion processes (in the real estate industry).
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to agents and leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize systems for improved performance.
  • Prior experience managing a team is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and pivot tables.


Comfortable with change and adaptable to evolving business needs.

  •  Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  •  Real estate experience is also a plus.
  •  Reports directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing. 


The compensation package includes:

  • Full-time salaried position based in Charlotte, NC.
