Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated Creative Services Manager to partner with our clients and help lead design and content marketing initiatives. You'll lead a growing team of design, copywriting, social media, and web development specialists.  Keep your finger to the pulse of cutting-edge design tools, platforms, and software that assist in pushing the boundaries of design in digital marketing, web, and lead generation strategies.  Interpret client requests into clear and articulate creative briefs.  Align with senior leadership to achieve company goals and execute marketing campaigns and website projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be a member of the management team and play a key role in developing and directing the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns (primarily digital) for our clients, to realize their overall goals, brand presence, and marketing lead generation.
  • Virtually all of our clients utilize HubSpot in some fashion, so it's a requirement to learn the platform's capabilities firsthand and how to include it effectively in marketing strategies and campaign assets/content implementation.
  • Manage and lead our content marketing and creative design team, ensuring clarity in assignments, requirements, project schedules, and delivery plans.
  • Manage and delegate creative project tasks to design team.
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and timelines in tandem with Executive Leadership, Account Management and Sales, planning how to best showcase our clients’ products and services (in addition to our own).
  • Communicate clear requirements and timelines to the creative team.
  • Although not a primary aspect of your role, the ability to use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva in collaboration with your team and clients will be important.
  • Determine production requirements by reviewing client requirements, conferring with stakeholders, leadership, and creative team members.
  • Make suggestions and take ownership to ensure quality of the finished creative product.
  • Re-define and help implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with all team members to ensure proper management and smooth transition of projects.
  • Own project budgets and timelines, managing our team and client expectations accordingly.
  • Participate in client meetings and communications where required to ensure successful execution of creative deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of what goes into successful marketing campaigns and brand development
  • Experience managing creative development with proven mentoring, supervisory and team-building skills
  • Any website design, development, and implementation project experience is a major plus.  
  • Must have strong project management and schedule organization skills.
  • Must initiate and build relationships both internally and externally with minimal supervision/direction from management.
  • Direct experience with lead generation marketing strategy creation and execution for clients in a variety of industries 
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
  • Must be a creative, self-motivated team player willing to take the lead to develop forward-thinking solutions and mentor others along the way.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Excellent social media engagement, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely with a professional work space during standard business hours.
