What would you do as a Drug Testing Specialist
As a Drug Testing Specialist at DATCS, you will play a crucial role in collecting a variety of samples such as urine, oral fluid, hair, nails, sweat, and breath alcohol. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing DNA collection for paternity and court-ordered cases, ordering criminal background checks, and conducting on-site testing at customer facilities.
What you need to be successful
To excel as a drug testing specialist at DATCS, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential for effective documentation and communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills are paramount in conveying test results accurately and maintaining professional relationships with clients. The ability to problem-solve and actively listen is crucial when handling complex testing scenarios and addressing client concerns. By demonstrating these key skills and utilizing the necessary software tools, you will be well-equipped to succeed in this dynamic role.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Must have a current valid driver's license.
- Maintain a clean driving record to remain insurable for the company's auto insurance policy.
- Must live within 45 minutes of your home office to respond to after-hours testing.
