Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our clients’ brand within the local community. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our clients community driven initiatives through direct marketing and sales events. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve our fundraising goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our clients program to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at various on-site events.

Brand Ambassadors Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the brand's story and mission to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's core initiatives, clearly articulate the impact and effectively answer any questions or concerns
  • Build rapport with prospective customres quickly through direct engagement on site at the fundraising event
  • Must be comfortable working with the general public, giving presentations and answering any questions
  • Executing promotional activities as assigned from senior management to drive revenue generation.
  • Track all donations accurately and complete daily sales reports
  • Maintain a clean, organized and compliant event at all times

Brand Ambassador Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A quick thinker, problem solver and dependable team player
  • Leadership experience in prior sports, clubs or organizations

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to commute to our office in Pleasanton and travel locally to event sites
  • Must be able to work full time hours
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to start within two weeks of an offer
