Summary:
United Integrated Services (USA) is seeking an experienced IT Systems Integrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating various systems and technologies to ensure seamless operations, enhance organizational efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize the value of the integrated systems within our organization. As an IT Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems including ERP solutions that meet the needs of our business processes.
** This is a full-time Onsite position, located in North Phoenix, 85027. Remote opportunities are not available at this time. **
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assessing existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration needs.
- Compile objectives for improving and streamlining company procedures.
- Develop procedures to improve existing systems.
- Designing and implementing integrated solutions that connect disparate systems and applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration objectives.
- Developing custom interfaces and middleware to facilitate data exchange between systems.
- Configuring and optimizing integrated systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Testing and debugging integrated systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Documenting system integrations, including specifications, configurations, and procedures.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in system integration.
- Ensuring compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all integrated systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system integration and ERP implementation.
- Communicate effectively with departments to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to system integration and ERP implementation.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT environment.
- Familiar with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
- Prior experience in ERP implementation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), and MS Power Apps.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- Experience in data management and analysis.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications such as Certified System Integrator (CSI) or similar are preferred.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI is strongly preferred.
