  • Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migration strategies.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with the organization's data governance and security policies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of the Salesforce environment.
  • Lead Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity, quality, and security within Salesforce.
  • Implement and maintain data management processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, and backup.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates and releases.
