We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and help maintain our digital presence. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

$22.00 - $32.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms
  • Support the planning and organization of marketing events and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing collateral
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp) is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
