DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and publish social media content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
· Monitor and respond to social media engagement, including comments and messages.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
· Analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
· Assist in influencer identification and PR shipments.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
· Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging social media content.
· Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Social Commerce, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
· Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Splice, Native In-App Editing, etc.)
· Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate social media performance.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for grammar and spelling errors.
