To help accomplish this mission, we are searching for a production associate responsible for assisting with activities associated with our coating operation. This may include masking parts, mechanical cleaning of parts, loading and unloading parts to and from their coating process. Job also may include counting, sorting, assembling and packing of parts 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by leading by example and assisting supervisor in monitoring the use of all control points, equipment, and resources 

  • Oversees the day –to-day functions of their assigned department by providing guidance and direction Perform masking activities 

  • Teaches, guides, overseas, and organizes employees to complete the preparation of production units 

  • Identify issues, problems, and solutions in areas of safety, quality, and production. 

  • Committed to developing and empowering others. 

  • Perform mechanical cleaning of parts. 

  • Able to use hand tools. 

  • Load and unload parts from coating process. 

  • Count, sort, assemble and pack parts. 

  • Detailed Oriented and Quality Minded 

  • Team Oriented
