Position Overview:
We are seeking a Residential Real Estate Agent. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the local Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC real estate market, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and exhibit a strong record of accomplishment of closing successful deals.
Requirements:
- Licensed Residential Real Estate Agent in Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC
- Active real estate license in Georgia and/or South Carolina.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales and closings in the local market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate for clients' needs.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
