We seek a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer in a Hybrid position in New York City to join our Client's dynamic team and support our DERMS application running on an on-premise Kubernetes platform. This crucial role is part of our application support team, which ensures system uptime and manages our automated pipeline.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will administer infrastructure components and business systems, manage application systems, and optimize Kubernetes package management. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our systems, and you will work closely with senior engineers and architects to drive continuous improvement.

If you are an experienced executor with a proven track record in DevOps, we invite you to apply and become a key player in our innovative and forward-thinking team. The Candidate MUST live in the New York City Metropolitan Area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the DERMS application on an on-premise Kubernetes platform
  • Ensure system uptime and manage automated pipelines
  • Administer infrastructure components and business systems
  • Perform application system administration 
  • Efficiently manage Kubernetes packages

This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

  • Minimum 5-7+ years as a DevOps Engineer 
  • Experience in the administration of infrastructure components and business systems

  • Efficient Kubernetes package management
