Job Summary:

DCMC Partners is currently seeking a talented and experienced Reports Specialist. The Reports Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining business reports and data visualization solutions using Power BI. The application of Power BI and other analytic tools is a unique opportunity apply technology to enhance the effectiveness of the organization.

  • We are seeking for individuals who reside in Puerto Rico and are able to commute to Guaynabo.
  • Position assignments are full-time and ON-SITE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with company leadership and business teams and develop an understanding of their roles within the company to better understand their reporting requirements.
  • Develop and deploy new reports, sub-reports and summaries with visual representations using Power BI and Excel to meet the company's needs.
  • Create appealing and interactive data visualizations to convey complex information effectively.
  • Maintain the portfolio of reports, scorecards, and dashboards for multiple business lines and entities.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data quality and performance issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionality and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) intermediate to advance proficiency.
  • Team oriented individual with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly by applying knowledge and skills to solve complex problems.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities to complete and deliver in a timely fashion.
  • Possess organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Experience in designing and implementing BI solutions, data modeling, and developing dashboards that enhance decision-making processes.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience providing Power BI analytic support.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent education and/or work experience
  • Microsoft Certifications (preferred)
  • Power BI certification (preferred)
