We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team and provide essential behavioral support services to students across a variety of educational settings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide consultative support to educators, administrators, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide consultative support to school staff and families on the implementation of behavior management strategies and interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to school staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.

Compensation: $40-$45/hr

Schedule: 37.5hrs/week

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
